The Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant has experience with Pardot administration and configuration. The Pardot application and its integration with the Salesforce platform are covered by this credential.

Description of the Audience: Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant

A Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant typically has at least 12 months of practical experience implementing and managing the Salesforce platform and Pardot Lightning App. A successful candidate should be familiar with B2BMA’s standard functionality and best practices, but not necessarily have extensive knowledge of the subject. The Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant has the facilitation and consultative skills necessary to gather the requirements of the business, design alternative solutions, and put those solutions into action to meet the needs of the business.

*Please be aware that as of November 16, 2017, up to five additional unscored questions may be added to some Salesforce certification exams at random to collect information on how well the questions were answered. Each exam’s duration has been evaluated and modified to accommodate the unscored questions. Your score will not be affected in any way by these five questions, which will be added to the 60 questions that were scored on your exam.
