Description of the Audience: A Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is responsible for driving business enhancements and working with stakeholders to comprehend the requirements and value of the business within the context of the customer environment. The candidate has worked in a specific field or industry and supported the company using the Salesforce Platform (such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and so forth).
Eliciting requirements, mapping business processes, writing user stories, validating solutions, user acceptance testing, and facilitating virtual and in-person workshops are all common business practices that the successful candidate has worked with before. The candidate will be able to apply the best practices of Salesforce business analysis, lead collaboration among business stakeholders, serve as a liaison between the business and development teams, and comprehend the implications of various software development lifecycle methodologies.
