The Salesforce Certified Business Analyst exam is intended for Salesforce-experienced Business Analysts. Description of the Audience: A Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is responsible for driving business enhancements and working with stakeholders to comprehend the requirements and value of the business within the context of the customer environment. The candidate has worked in a specific field or industry and supported the company using the Salesforce Platform (such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and so forth).
Eliciting requirements, mapping business processes, writing user stories, validating solutions, user acceptance testing, and facilitating virtual and in-person workshops are all common business practices that the successful candidate has worked with before. The candidate will be able to apply the best practices of Salesforce business analysis, lead collaboration among business stakeholders, serve as a liaison between the business and development teams, and comprehend the implications of various software development lifecycle methodologies.

2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a demonstrated ability to lead and implement improvements to business processes.
2 years of Salesforce Platform experience.

Time allotted to complete the exam: 105 minutes (time allows for unscored questions)
Passing score: 72%
Registration fee: USD 200, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
Retake fee: USD 100, plus applicable taxes as required per local law

Note: When evaluating questions and answers, please consider all currently available features including those available in either Lightning Experience or Salesforce Classic.
*Please note that as of November 16, 2017, some Salesforce certification exams will contain five additional, randomly placed, unscored questions to gather data on question performance. The duration of each exam has been evaluated and adjusted to accommodate the inclusion of the unscored questions. These five questions will be in addition to the 60 scored questions on your exam, and will have no impact whatsoever on your score.
